The companies are formed electronically through our bespoke Company Formation system FirstOrder. We can form companies using the client Director/Shareholder details or our Nominee Director or we can supply a ready-made company (ready-made -private companies only).

Draft first board minutes
Memorandum and Articles – our own legally drafted and counsel approved Articles under the 2006 Act- emailed version or bound copies with FULL PERSONALISATION and optional logo.
Companies can be formed with Standard Capital or Class Shares or even Redeemable Preference shares- we can tailor the articles to suit your requirements.

PRIVATE COMPANY- standard company- with optional class shares and transfer provisions
PLC -Public Limited Company
FLAT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- a vehicle used to administer a block of flats or property management set up- These are formed Limited by Shares or by Guarantee and we also supply a Golden Share set up
GUARANTEE COMPANY- Mainly used for Clubs and Associations
CHARITY- We can form a charitable company using the charity commissioners approved draft articles, we would need a bespoke Objects Clause (business of the charity)
CIC- Community Interest Company- these are quite complex and usually only formed manually with Companies House
Unlimited Company- quite rare nowadays but can be formed manually through Companies House with our bespoke articles
LLP- Limited Liability Partnerships- formed electronically through our system
